Coffee Arabica Processing

Processing of coffee arabica is done using any of the following methods. They include dry method and wet method. In the dry processing of coffee arabica the coffee beans are not soaked in such a way so as to remove the husks. The husks are allowed to dry along with the coffee arabica beans. In the wet processing of coffee arabica the method of fermentation is used for the separation of husk from the coffee beans. Then the coffee beans are dried in the sun for 4-6 weeks. Coffee arabica beans are soaked repeatedly prior to drying them in the sun.
